We offer secure, trusted and transparent payment options through Mollie, our official payment service provider. All transactions are processed using encrypted SSL connections to protect your personal and financial information.

  • Klarna: Pay later (where available)

You will see the available payment methods for your country automatically at checkout.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed externally via Mollie B.V., a licensed and PSD2-compliant European payment institution regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Mollie ensures secure and compliant handling of your payment, and your payment data is never stored by Havamodo.

Invoicing & Confirmation

Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your order details

  • A digital invoice for your records

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines

Important Notes

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • For made-to-order items, cancellation is only possible before production starts.

  • Havamodo does not charge additional fees for any payment method.

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Invoices are issued under the legal entity [Your Company Name], registered in the Netherlands.
