Shipping Information
Where we ship
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us at info@havamodo.com.
Shipping times
Many of our products are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after your order is placed. Estimated production times vary by item and are clearly stated on the product page. Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times:
– Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 working days after dispatch
– EU countries: 3–7 working days after dispatch
– International: 5–10 working days after dispatch (customs may delay delivery)
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Free shipping may be offered for certain order values or during promotional periods.
Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to production schedules, high demand, customs procedures, or shipping carriers. Havamodo is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
Return Policy
Made-to-order – no standard returns
At Havamodo, many of our items are crafted especially for you. These made-to-order pieces are not mass-produced and are considered customised goods under EU law.
As such, they are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
This means: You cannot return or exchange made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrect.
This policy ensures less waste, more intentional design, and respect for both your time and our craft.
We strongly encourage you to review sizing, product details, and care instructions before placing an order. If you’re unsure, contact us — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please email us at info@havamodo.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution — this may include repair, replacement, or a full refund, in accordance with the EU 2-year legal warranty on goods.

To ensure the longevity and performance of your purchase, we ask that you follow the usage and care guidelines provided. We believe that quality deserves care — and when treated well, our products will stand the test of time.
Clothing
Our garments are designed with premium materials and refined construction. To preserve their fit, texture, and colour:

Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or wear beyond normal use is not covered by our warranty.

Our jewellery is designed to be worn with confidence — and care. To maintain the finish and strength:

Signs of wear such as patina or fading may occur naturally over time, especially with metals — this is not considered a defect, but a reflection of use.

All cosmetic products are developed and tested with safety and quality in mind. Please:
