These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on www.havamodo.com and form a binding agreement between you, the customer (“you”), and EJEVH BV, registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce under number 73326097, located at Grote Boermarkeweg 125, 7534PV in Enschede (“we”, “us”, or “Havamodo”).
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Availability
All products shown on our website are subject to availability. While we strive to present all information, images, and prices accurately, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order before it is shipped.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Most of our items are made-to-order — this means they are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. As such, they are considered personalised goods under EU law.
⚠️ No Right of Return
Made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your item will be custom-produced and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or incorrect.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept secure payment methods as shown during checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within the EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@havamodo.com, including your order number and clear photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee for physical goods.
6. Personal Data & Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Havamodo or its partners. Use, reproduction, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havamodo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Almelo, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
